With over 25 years of experience in accounting and IT, Dennis Hagerty brings a wealth of financial and technical expertise to H&H Settlement Services. As Chief Financial Officer, he plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of the title insurance process—from initial title search to disbursement of funds and deed recording. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Dennis’ background includes working with several Fortune 500 companies, where he developed the financial discipline and technical skills that now drive H&H. He oversees all post-closing responsibilities, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions for clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.

Outside of work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife Heather and their two sons. A dedicated supporter of Bike MS: City to Shore, he participates in the annual ride to help fund research and find a cure for multiple sclerosis.
