With over 35 years of experience in real estate, title insurance, and corporate relocation, Heather Hagerty is a recognized leader in the industry. In 2014, she founded H&H Settlement Services, LLC with a vision to provide a seamless, client-focused closing experience powered by expertise, efficiency, and trust.
Heather graduated magna cum laude from Holy Family University and spent 14 years as a manager and head paralegal at a prominent Philadelphia law firm, overseeing high-volume real estate closings for corporate relocation clients. Her deep understanding of contract negotiation, agreement structuring, and title insurance has made her a go-to resource in the industry. Before launching H&H, she co-founded a title company in Glenside in 2007 and later became a managing partner at an independent title agency.
