  • Letter of introduction to your seller
  • Seller checklist
  • Letter of introduction to co-op agent
  • Order tax, trash, water and sewer certifications
  • Advise agent and seller of U&O requirements and facilitate the communication between seller and inspector
  • Request title commitment from title company and help action any open items.
  • Request seller deed packages and assist with signing/notarizing as needed
  • Request final ALTA for review before closing
  • Remain accessible throughout the entire process to both you and your seller

For Sale by Owner Transactions

Service Fee $350

  • Seller checklist
